    Our build-your-own bloom bar is a unique and fun way to engage your guests! It also makes a wonderful photo backdrop. We offer bud vases and small, medium, and large wrapped bouquets.

    Includes: Flower cart, premium fresh flowers or dried blooms, galvanized buckets, bouquet wrap, and attendant on-site to assist guests.

  • A Bloom Bar (or flower bar) is an interactive floral experience where your guests get to design and assemble their own custom bouquets to take home! We bring our beautiful mobile flower cart, galvanized buckets overflowing with premium fresh or dried blooms, wraps, and all the tools needed to your venue. You can choose our interactive Build Your Own Bouquet package (which includes an on-site floral host to assist guests) or our Pre-made "Grab & Go" display option.

  • We offer two main experiences:

    • Build-Your-Own Bouquet Bar: Guests create fresh or dried flower bouquets, wrapped bouquets or bud vase arrangements.

    • Pressed Flower Keepsake Bar: Guests design an everlasting pressed-flower card or frame.

  • Absolutely. The flowers and presentation can be designed to complement your company colors, campaign or event aesthetic. We can also replace our Grace in Bloom stamp with a custom branded stamp for an additional fee.

  • Pricing depends on your guest count, arrangement size, event duration, location and selected add-ons. Submit an inquiry with your event details, and we’ll create a personalized proposal for you.

  • We recommend contacting us as soon as you have your event date and approximate guest count. Advance booking gives us the best opportunity to reserve your date and source flowers that complement your event. Last-minute events may be accommodated depending on availability.

  • Start by submitting an inquiry with your event date, location, guest count and preferred Bloom Bar experience. Once the details and pricing are confirmed, a 50% payment reserves your event. The remaining balance is due at delivery.

  • Grace in Bloom Floral Design is based in Highlands Ranch, Colorado, and serves events throughout Denver and surrounding communities.

  • We use locally grown flowers whenever they are in season and available. Because flowers are seasonal, exact varieties may vary, but every Bloom Bar is thoughtfully curated with beautiful, high-quality blooms.

  • Yes! Every guest’s finished bouquet, bud vase, pressed-flower card or frame becomes a beautiful keepsake they can take home after the event.

  • We are based out of Highlands Ranch, CO (80129) and proudly offer our flower bar rentals to events throughout the Denver metro area, including Littleton, Castle Rock, Cherry Hills Village, Centennial, and the surrounding Front Range. We include 20 miles of free travel from Highlands Ranch, with a standard mileage fee applied for destinations further out.

  • Absolutely! In fact, baby showers, bridal showers, and micro-weddings are our most popular events. A Denver flower bar acts as both a gorgeous, interactive guest activity and a stunning, photo-ready backdrop. Plus, the custom-wrapped bouquets double as the perfect party favor for your guests to take home!
